Here are a couple of suggestions to keep in mind as you do any guided meditation.
1. Pick a quiet spot where you can do the hypno-meditation regularly and uninterrupted (not your bed). Try to keep it in the same place every time. It’s okay if you listen to it in different locations if needed, but it will be more effective if you create a consistent space to practice
2. You can sit up or recline.
3. I would recommend this hypnosis in the morning before you start your day. You can listen to it at any time of the day.
4. Try to listen to this every day, but not more than once a day. If you get really stressed or triggered and you have already listened to it – you can listen to it again to help you manage the energy, but as a general rule once a day is good. If you miss a day, don’t worry just keep in mind repetition and consistency are the best.
